Meet Your Facilitators

This retreat is a carefully curated blend of powerful modalities designed to meet the whole of you—mind, body, and emotions—so what’s been carried can be witnessed, held, integrated, and transformed.

Sara and Jocelyn have brought together a team of co-facilitators with decades of experience in trauma-aware space holding and deep transformation.

We’ll gather on Wareham’s premier horse farm, held by hundreds of acres of conservation land—where the quiet, the herd, and the earth become part of the container.

This is Perfect for you if...

  • This retreat is for you if you’re 18+ and you’re craving:

    • A day to reconnect with yourself, nature, and your power

    • A safe, supportive space to release what you’ve been carrying

    • Nervous system support plus practical tools you can keep using—so you can reset your baseline and expand your capacity over time

    • A curated blend of modalities held by experienced facilitators

    • A full-day, multi-modality immersion (not just one session): stepping out of daily life and moving through an intentional sequence of practices gives your system time to settle, open, and integrate—so the shift lands in your body, not just your mind.
